Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Thaliadora. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Asia, and every order is sent with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States, Canada, Europe and Oceania: 7–15 business days
• East and Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, peak seasons and public holidays can cause delays.

Shipping rates

• United States: $4.99 — free on orders of $40 or more
• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and EU countries: $7.99 — free on orders of $50 or more
• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong: $5.99 — free on orders of $40 or more
• Rest of the world: $9.99 — free on orders of $60 or more

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes and import duties

Our prices include the taxes we are required to collect at checkout (for example, EU VAT through IOSS for eligible orders). Some countries may charge additional import duties or fees on delivery. These charges are set by local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 20 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a wrong or incomplete address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before the order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was undeliverable, re-shipping costs may apply.

PO boxes

We ship to PO boxes where the carrier allows it.
