These terms apply to your use of this store, operated by Thaliadora, and to every purchase you make here. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Results vary from person to person. Product information is not medical advice. We recommend a patch test before first use, and you should stop using a product if any discomfort occurs.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include the taxes we are required to collect at checkout. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may correct it and will offer you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including card payments.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Reviews and user content

When you submit a review, photos or other content, you grant Thaliadora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with the store and its promotion. Your content must be honest and lawful, and must not infringe anyone else's rights. We may moderate or remove content.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Thaliadora or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thaliadora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
